You can white label this online advance decision service. This means that you can integrate it with your own website or app using your branding.

How white labelling works

We offer several ways to do this, depending on the needs of your organisation. We can provide you with the full service (front and back end, database and hosting), simply give you the code so you can build your own version, or anything in between.

In return, we ask you to sign a licensing agreement and provide us with data so we can:

  • better understand how advance decisions are being used and
  • improve policy and practice to help ensure people’s wishes are known and respected at the end of life

A rigorously tested and respected service

In the UK, Compassion in Dying is the largest provider of in-depth support to make personalised advance decisions. This deep understanding of people’s experiences has enabled us to develop a unique service that creates clinically robust forms that are clear and reflect each person’s individual wishes.

White labelling means you can benefit from this insight for free rather than start from scratch.

We have developed and tested this service in partnership with people, clinicians and legal professionals. The paper version of this online service is already white labelled by NHS Trusts, primary care networks, hospices and national charities and is linked to by the NHS.

The service has been developed using the GOV.UK Design System, which has also undergone rigorous user research. All the components and patterns have been carefully tested with the most commonly-used assistive technologies and built to meet level AA of the WCAG 2.0 accessibility standards.

We share openly because we want as many people as possible to be able to plan for the end of life. Our mission is to make sure everyone receives the information they need to be in control of their end-of-life decisions, regardless of who they turn to for support.
